1993
The Beginning (Hong Kong)
Andrew began his career in 1990 at the age of 18 as a sales associate for a Hong Kong-based company. While the job was good, his true passion was in fashion, which inspired him to launch his own suit tailoring business in Hong Kong in 1992. While it took some time to find a niche, the business began to grow within a year of operation.
1994
Zimbabwe
A year into business was enough for Andrew to realise the potential of his product beyond the neighbourhood of Hong Kong and take his first step towards expanding it globally. With that vision, the sales and marketing teams started their operations in Zimbabwe.
1995
Zambia & Namibia
Oscar begins its sales in Zambia and Namibia with an aim to shrink the gap between hi-end men suiting's and the customer, bringing customers closer than ever to the suits they want, all at an affordable price.
1996
Nairobi
Kenya becomes Bespoke's 5th international market when we start operating in Nairobi. For the next three years much stress was given towards strengthening the already established markets. Extensive range of world class fabrics sources were established. The designing, styling, stitching and customer relations teams were strengthened. Work-shops were upgraded with state-of-the-art machineries and equipments.
1997
South Africa
In 1994, South Africa gained its independence, emerging as a nascent, unexplored, and untested market. Andrew ventured into this new frontier, setting up a base in Johannesburg. Recognizing the importance of a strong, dedicated team, he brought in his brothers—Sam, Vish, and Mikky—to join him in this endeavor. Together, they expanded their reach to cover the neighboring markets.
Botswana
Ten years into the business, driven by a vision for further growth, the team of perfect business partners launched operations in Botswana and other South African cities, such as Cape Town and Durban.
2014
The Arabia
The brothers realise the potential of their product in the Arab land and start operating in Dubai, known for its luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture and diversified culture. It proved to be a milestone, as the response was overwhelming in terms of product quality as well as the after sales service.
2016
North America
Vish launched the business in Canada, establishing a strong foundation with his innovative approach. Recognizing the potential for growth, Mikky joined him to drive expansion efforts. Together, they focused on broadening their reach into key regions, including Alberta, Calgary, and Saskatchewan.
